Membership & Pricing Options

Our boutique, semi-private environment offers transparent pricing tailored for your lifestyle.

  • First 2 classes: On the house.
  • Drop-In Rate: $25 per class.
  • Basic Membership: 2 classes per week for $200/month.
  • Unlimited Membership: $250/month for full access to group sessions and access to open gym time slots.

Daily Classes

Morning Strength & Conditioning (6:30 AM – 7:15 AM)

  • Target Audience: Early risers.
  • Focus: Full-body strength and conditioning with functional exercises.
  • Programming: Moderate intensity of 3–4 on a 10-point scale, perfect for jumpstarting your day.

Lunch Power Hour (12:00 PM – 12:45 PM)

  • Target Audience: Mid-day lunch break crowd.
  • Focus: Emphasis on full-body strength, coordination, and balance with lighter conditioning—ideal for a mid-day reset.
  • Programming: Designed at a lower intensity (1–2 on our scale) to recharge without overwhelming your afternoon.

Evening Build & Burn (6:00 PM – 6:45 PM)

  • Target Audience: Professionals and active individuals
  • Focus: High-energy, WOD-style (Workout of the Day) sessions combining full-body strength and conditioning.
  • Programming: Intense workouts rated at a 5–6 intensity level, offering a powerful end to your day.

Weekend Warrior (Saturday 9:00 AM – 9:45 AM)

  • Target Audience: Fitness enthusiasts ready for a change of pace.
  • Focus: Fun, unconventional, and sometimes partner-based workouts that break the mold.
  • Programming: Innovative sessions that encourage team activities and add an element of surprise to your routine.
