Attend Your First Group Session

Small, focused 1 hour group training that blends strength, mobility, and coaching — with a max of 12 participants per cohort for personalized attention.

Step 3:

Begin Your Ascent

Technique first, progress second. You’ll develop movement patterns that translate to real-world strength and resilience.

Graduate & Keep Rising

Each 6-Week Ascent group blends evidence-based strength, mobility, and conditioning into a focused, coach-led experience.

  • Duration: 6 weeks
  • Sessions: 2-3 per week (coach-led 60 min sessions)
  • Group Size: Max 12 participants

Every Program Includes:

  • Mobility Screen & Personalized Homework Plan
  • Coaching on all foundational lifts — squat, hinge, press, pull
  • Smart conditioning that supports (not drains) strength goals
  • Recovery education (breathing, bracing, mobility work)
