PERFORMANCE LAB

WHAT IS THE PERFORMANCE LAB?

Pain relief is just the first step—true recovery means building strength, resilience, and confidence in movement. That’s why we created the Performance Lab, a dedicated training space for rehab, personal training, and small-group fitness.

Too often, injuries come back because people stop rehab too soon or never rebuild strength in the right way. At Ascent, we bridge the gap between treatment and long-term performance, making sure you don’t just feel better temporarily, but actually move better, get stronger, and stay injury-free.

Our evidence-based approach integrates rehab with functional strength training, so whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or just want to move better for hiking, skiing, lifting, or everyday life, we’ve got a plan for you.

The Performance Lab isn’t just a gym—it’s the next step in your recovery, designed to help you take control of your health, prevent future injuries, and get back to doing what you love with confidence.

There’s No Better Time Than Now to Get Stronger, Move Better, and Stay Pain-Free

Your body is built to move—let’s make sure it moves stronger, pain-free, and with confidence so you can take on whatever’s next. 🚀

Who is welcome in the gym?

The gym space is currently open for one-on-one personal training and advanced rehab sessions with coach Chris. Personal training sessions encompass a full hour-long session custom tailored to your goals. Advanced rehab sessions can be scheduled at either 15- or 30-minute intervals and provide guidance on things such as improving a lifting technique, advancing rehab prescribed through the medical clinic or working on motion patterns to improve overall performance. Most chiropractic appointments also involve 15 minutes of advanced rehab in the Performance Lab. Once we kick things off in our new building, group classes and open gym times will be added.

What are the gym hours?
