A 30-minute guided session focused on restoring movement, not just stretching. Ascent Reset blends mobility, breathing, and fundamental movement patterns to help you feel better, move more efficiently, and support your strength training.
Every class at Ascent follows a clear structure designed for results. Sessions begin with a comprehensive, evidence-based warm-up to prepare your joints, muscles, and nervous system for movement. You’ll move through a series of stations focused on mobility, strength, and conditioning — rotating between them to maximize efficiency and ensure each athlete gets individualized coaching attention.
We finish with a guided cool-down to reinforce proper mechanics, promote recovery, and help your body adapt to the day’s training. Each class blends clinical insight with athletic performance principles, so you build strength that carries into life, work, and adventure.
