How It Works


We make it simple to start, stay consistent, and see progress.
  1. Start Free. Book your first two free classes — credit card required to reserve your spot.
  2. Drop In or Commit. Continue for $30 drop-ins or join a monthly membership for the best rate.
  3. Train in Small Groups. 60-minute, coach-led sessions focused on mobility, strength, and conditioning.
  4. Progress on Purpose. Track strength, conditioning, and movement quality with our coaches.

Group Strength / Strength & Conditioning (Core Classes)


Our core program — ongoing small-group strength and conditioning built for real performance. Train consistently, move better, and see measurable progress.

First 2 classes are free, then drop-ins are $30 or join as a member for unlimited access.

The 6-Week Ascent (Starting Path)


Our structured six-week entry program designed to build a foundation of movement, strength, and confidence. Perfect for new members or anyone returning to training after time off or rehab. Transition seamlessly into our Group Strength classes upon completion.

Slope Strength (Winter Specialty Program)


Seasonal six-week specialty program focused on ski-season performance — leg power, trunk stiffness, and lateral stability.

$149 total.

What Training Looks Like

Every class at Ascent follows a clear structure designed for results. Sessions begin with a comprehensive, evidence-based warm-up to prepare your joints, muscles, and nervous system for movement. You’ll move through a series of stations focused on mobility, strength, and conditioning — rotating between them to maximize efficiency and ensure each athlete gets individualized coaching attention.


We finish with a guided cool-down to reinforce proper mechanics, promote recovery, and help your body adapt to the day’s training. Each class blends clinical insight with athletic performance principles, so you build strength that carries into life, work, and adventure.
