Ascent Remote Strength (ARS) is a 6-week online strength training program built around your goals, equipment, schedule, and experience level. It gives you the structure and accountability you need to train consistently - without guesswork, random workouts, or trying to write your own plan.
Delivered through the BridgeAthletic training app, each ARS block blends expert coaching with individualized programming you can follow from home, your gym, or anywhere in Alaska.

ARS Base gives you structure and weekly accountability.
ARS Performance adds more coaching touchpoints: form reviews, a mid-block session, priority messaging, and small program adjustments throughout the block.
