Why Choose ARS Instead of a Generic Online Program?

ARS isn’t a PDF program, a random workout generator, or influencer-made routines. It’s a fully personalized strength system designed by sports chiropractors and strength coaches who train Alaskans every day—in the clinic, on the gym floor, and on the mountain.

When you choose ARS, you get real coaching and real progress.

  • Programming that adapts to your body - Past injuries, movement limitations, and pain points aren’t ignored—they’re programmed around intelligently.
  • Built by doctors & coaches, not influencers - Evidence-based strength, mobility, and performance principles built into each block.
  • Perfect for Alaska’s lifestyle - Skiers, climbers, firefighters, shift workers, and busy parents trust ARS to keep them strong and injury-resistant.
  • Structure that eliminates guesswork - No more “What should I do today?” You get clear instructions, progression, and feedback.
  • Hybrid options when you need more eyes - Add in-person training sessions to boost technique, confidence, and results.
  • Accountability that actually works - Weekly check-ins, form reviews, and a coach who keeps you moving forward.

If you’re ready to train with purpose—not randomness—ARS was built for you.

ARS Frequently Asked Questions

1. What makes ARS different from normal online training programs?

ARS blends remote programming with real coaching. Your plan adapts to your body, your equipment, and your goals — not cookie-cutter workouts. You get structure, accountability, and optional hybrid in-person sessions if you want more hands-on help.

2. Do I need a gym membership to follow ARS?

No. We can build your program around:

  • a full gym,
  • a home setup,
  • hotel/travel training,
  • or minimal equipment.

You tell us what you have — we make it work.

3. How long is each ARS block?

Each block is 6 weeks, which is long enough to show real strength progress and short enough to stay focused and motivated.

4. What’s the difference between ARS Base and ARS Performance?

ARS Base gives you structure and weekly accountability.

ARS Performance adds more coaching touchpoints: form reviews, a mid-block session, priority messaging, and small program adjustments throughout the block.

Both use BridgeAthletic and both start with a 30-minute consult.

5. Can I switch between tiers from block to block?

Absolutely.

Many athletes move between tiers depending on how much support they want during different phases of their training.

6. Are the hybrid in-person sessions required?

Not at all.

Hybrid packs are completely optional — they’re there for people who want hands-on coaching, technique work, or weekly in-person training.

7. If I’m training for a big goal (Denali, skiing, tactical, etc.), which tier should I choose?

It depends on how much coaching involvement you want.

Most goal-driven athletes choose ARS Performance, sometimes with a hybrid pack added during technical phases. But both tiers work — the right fit depends on your preferred style of accountability.

8. How do form reviews work?

You record a quick video on your phone and upload it right inside the app. Your coach will send back technique notes, cues, or modifications based on what they see.

9. How much communication do I get with my coach?

ARS Base includes weekly check-ins.

ARS Performance includes weekly check-ins plus priority messaging and form reviews.

We’ll always be clear about communication expectations so nothing gets lost.

10. What happens at the end of the 6-week block?

You’ll meet for a brief review of progress, then decide whether to continue with:

  • another ARS block,
  • a different tier,
  • or a different training goal entirely.

Renewals are completely optional.

11. Is there a long-term contract?

Nope. ARS is commitment-based — one 6-week block at a time. No subscriptions. No lock-ins.
