Physical Therapy (Cash-Based)

Move better. Hurt less. Get back to what you love.

Our Physical Therapy is hands-on, strength-forward, and evidence-based. Every session is one-on-one for a full 60 minutes, focused on assessment, targeted treatment, and progressive loading so you see real-world change — not just temporary relief.

Transparent pricing (self-pay):

  • Initial Evaluation (60 min): $225
  • Follow-up Visit (60 min): $200

No surprise billing. We can provide a superbill upon request so you can seek any out-of-network reimbursement your plan allows.

How Our PT Works (in plain English)

  1. Assess – Movement screen + orthopedic tests + strength/ROM baselines.
  2. Treat – Manual therapy as needed (joint work, soft-tissue, nerve glides).
  3. Load – Personalized strength & motor-control work (the change-maker).
  4. Progress – Home plan you’ll actually do, with measured milestones.
  5. Return – Gradual return to sport/work with clear criteria and confidence.

Philosophy: pain is often the last symptom to show up and the first to leave; function is our north star. We restore it with progressive loading and skillful coaching.

What We Treat (not exhaustive)

  • Spine: mechanical low back & neck pain, SI dysfunction, radiculopathy
  • Shoulder: impingement/bursitis, rotator cuff & labrum-related pain, scapular dyskinesis, GIRD
  • Elbow/Wrist/Hand: tendinopathies, overuse strains, nerve entrapments
  • Hip Knee: patellofemoral pain, patellar & quad tendinopathy, ITB/TFL issues
  • Ankle/Foot: plantar fasciitis/heel pain, Achilles tendinopathy, MTSS “shin splints,” sprains
  • Other: thoracic outlet–type symptoms, rib & costovertebral dysfunctions
  • Post-op & Return-to-Sport: graded exposure with objective benchmarks

Evidence-Based, Strength-Forward & Team-Integrated

FAQs

Do you take insurance?

We operate cash-based for longer, one-on-one visits and streamlined care. We’ll provide a superbill so you can pursue any out-of-network reimbursement your plan allows.

Accordion 2

It depends on your goals, irritability, and training age. Many active patients see meaningful change within 4–8 visits, with a clear plan to maintain gains.

Is this the same as chiropractic?

The fields overlap. We think of it as integrated musculoskeletal care: assessment, manual therapy when appropriate, and progressive loading. You’ll work with the right provider at the right time — sometimes that’s PT, sometimes chiropractic, often both.

Do you offer packages?

If you’d like to pre-book a plan of care, ask about current bundles or performance-phase options after rehab.

Can you coordinate imaging or specialist referrals?

Yes. If red flags or referral criteria emerge, we’ll help coordinate next steps.
