Kylie Viens is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, and the founder of Fly Fit Nutrition, her Alaska-based online private practice.
She specializes in helping busy professionals—including pilots and others with demanding schedules—improve heart health, balance blood sugars, and boost energy using simple, sustainable nutrition strategies.
Kylie believes all foods can fit and focuses on progress over perfection—an approach diet culture often overlooks. She is passionate about empowering individuals to build lifelong habits that protect their health, support FAA medical requirements, and allow them to stay active in the work and activities they love.
